Reservation Procedures & Requirements
Reservation Policy
A major credit card is required to confirm a reservation.
We accept all major credit cards. MC, VS, DS & AX.
The following Information is required in order to make a reservation:
Arrival date and Departure date
Room style choice and Number of people in your party. Number of adults and number of children under the age of twelve.
Your full name, address and telephone number.
The following information is required in order to confirm/guarantee a reservation:
Credit card type and credit card holder
Credit card number and expiration date
V-Code (a three digit number on back of the credit card).
NOTE: For security reasons we recommend that you call us direct with your credit card information.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies according to the length of stay and the number of rooms on your reservation.
The actual cancellation will be given to you when you make your reservation but as a guideline we ask for minimum 48 hours and maximum 7 days of notice prior to arrival. This does not apply to group reservations of 5 or more rooms.
Office Hours
Our office is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 10:00 PM.
A 24 hour emergency telephone line is provided.
Our check in time is any time after 3:00 PM and our check out time is 10:00 AM.
Earlier check in and later check out times can be and must be arranged in advance.
Pet Policy
Sorry no pets of any kind are allowed. Please call us for recommendation.
Non-Smoking Rooms
All of our rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

In 0.7 miles, turn left onto Main St / US 302 / NH 10 / 18

From Montreal
Take Autoroute 10E
Take Exit 121, AUT- 55 S toward Coaticook / Stanstead / Magog / US-91 / Vermont
Merge onto Autoroute 55 S / Autoroute J- Armand-Bombardier, crossing into the US / Vermont.
This becomes I-91 S for 49 miles
Merge onto I-93 S via Exit 19 toward Littleton, NH
Take US 302 E / Rt 10 N, Exit 42 toward Littleton, NH
Turn left onto US 302 / Meadow St / NH 10
